By enrolling your child in our programs or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.
By registering for our football training programs, attending sessions, or accessing our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. These Terms apply to all parents, guardians, participants, and visitors of our academy.
Enrollment in our football programs requires completion of a registration form and payment of applicable fees. All information provided during registration must be accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse enrollment or terminate participation if false information is provided.
Our programs are designed for children aged 4-16 years. Participants must meet the age requirements for their respective groups at the time of enrollment.
Parents and guardians must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs that may affect their child's participation. We are not liable for incidents resulting from undisclosed medical information.
All fees must be paid in full before the commencement of training sessions unless alternative payment arrangements have been agreed upon in writing. We accept various payment methods as specified during registration.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to our administration office. Refund eligibility depends on the timing of cancellation:
All participants, parents, and guardians are expected to maintain respectful and appropriate behavior. We promote a positive, inclusive environment focused on skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
Children must follow instructions from coaches, respect fellow participants, and adhere to safety guidelines. Bullying, aggressive behavior, or disrespect will not be tolerated and may result in suspension or expulsion without refund.
Parents and guardians must respect coaching decisions, communicate concerns appropriately, and support a positive learning environment. Aggressive or inappropriate behavior toward staff, coaches, or other families may result in termination of enrollment.
The safety of our participants is our highest priority. All training sessions are supervised by qualified coaches, and we maintain appropriate safety protocols. However, football is a physical activity that carries inherent risks.
By enrolling your child, you acknowledge that participation in football training involves physical activity and potential risk of injury. While we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee injury-free participation.
We maintain liability insurance for our operations. Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring their child has adequate personal health insurance coverage.
We may photograph or video record training sessions and events for promotional, educational, or documentation purposes. By enrolling, you consent to the use of your child's image in our marketing materials, website, and social media unless you provide written objection.
Training sessions may be cancelled due to inclement weather, facility issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will make reasonable efforts to notify participants of cancellations and schedule makeup sessions when possible. No refunds will be provided for cancelled sessions that are rescheduled.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Baciqi, its directors, employees, coaches, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from participation in our programs or use of our facilities. This includes, but is not limited to, personal injury, property damage, or emotional distress.
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, training materials, and methodologies, is the property of Baciqi and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
We collect and process personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information about how we handle your data. By using our services, you consent to our data practices as described in our Privacy Policy.
